Water entry eroding firebrick in fireplace & water leaking into basement.



Beautifully terraced landscape retaining wall has no gravel behind it.



Water will pool at the foundation wall causing eventual water entry into basement, possible structural damage and mold. Wall will begin to lean & eventually collapse.

This looks like a nice house, doesn't it?

Evidence of damaged wood around newly painted window sill. Termites present.



Termite damage can be extensive and is almost always hidden. Structural damage is almost a certainty. Cosmetic repairs will be necessary after termite treatment.

Furnace needs replaced. Occupants of house may suffer headaches, sickness or death if not remedied.
