Hopefully you have found the answers to any questions you might have had about home inspections somewhere on this website.  If you have an unusual situation or a specific question not covered here, please email or call us.     If you prefer to set up your inspection on the phone with a live person, feel free to call the number below.  Remember that you'll have to bring a check or cash to the inspection and the client himself will have to be present at the beginning of the inspection to sign the Contract for Inspection form.  (If the client cannot be present, a Contract for Inspection form with the client's signature and date on it must be faxed to our office prior to the day of inspection.  Additionally, a check for the inspection fee with the signer's date of birth, driver's license number and telephone number written on it must be sent with the client's representative at the beginning of the inspection.)
